About Kim
The values of family and the comfort of home were instilled in me from a young age, growing up in rural Cape Breton. While I've had the opportunity to work and travel across Canada, Nova Scotia has always been where my heart is.
For the past two decades, I've had the privilege of helping others realize their dream of home ownership in this beautiful province, becoming a passionate advocate for all that Nova Scotia has to offer.
My formative years as a dedicated and successful student athlete taught me the importance of fairness, hard work, discipline, and a commitment to succeed – principles that guide me in my real estate career. I've built a successful twenty-year career in residential real estate, facilitating transactions across Nova Scotia, focusing on Greater Halifax.
As a multi-award-winning RE/MAX NOVA® agent (2011- Present) and consistently recognized as BEST of Halifax (RankMyAgent® 2021, 2022, 2024, 2025), I'm known for my dedication, honesty, and compassionate approach.
I'm registered with Sirva Relocation Services, proudly serving the needs of our Canadian Armed Forces and Royal Canadian Mounted Police members.
My commitment to the real estate profession is evident in my past volunteer work with the Nova Scotia Association of REALTORS® (2009-2019) and my current service on the Nova Scotia Real Estate Commission BOD, where I serve as Chair of the Complaint Review Committee (2022-2025).
